Common problem handling methods(2)

• No water comes out when using induction

 

1. Please check whether the faucet switch is turned on. This product cannot replace the faucet but is installed on the original faucet. You need to manually open the faucet mechanical valve before use.
2. The bottom sensing distance is 0-10cm, and the side sensing distance is 0-5cm. Please check whether the sensing object is too far away. If it exceeds the sensing distance, it cannot be sensed.
3. Please check if there are any water droplets on the bottom or side sensor window, please wipe it before use
4. When the battery is nearly dead, the product will activate the under-power protection and no longer make any induction actions. Please charge the product in time.
